::Please don’t go there. Tourists will be placed in a cramped corner away from the locals. The table wasn’t even cleaned when we were seated. The staff was unfriendly and don’t even get me started on the food. Every conbini offers better food at a cheaper price. And the quality of the food was worse than every conbini could ever be. It’s way too overpriced for what it is. Wish I could give zero stars.

::One of those few restaurants in Japan where the food display looks appetizing, but the actual served food looks different and tastes nothing special. Thus, I think price is very high compared to the value and quality of food. Though location is very convenient since its near the bullet train platforms.

::Coming from the states, pancakes are something we have on the regular, this place was no different. Pretty standard pancakes and not the ones advertised outside the store. We expected the fluffy pancakes we see from social media but this definitely was not it. The melon soda was basically half syrup and half soda lol tasted like cough medicine. The banana juice was pretty solid though. Now for the service, being in Japan for a few days I have nothing but compliments for the service from the food industry in this country, however, this place definitely changed our minds. The staff was rude, for example, when we attempted to enter we were told to "STOP" to even enter the store (should have been the first red flag) and then they proceeded to spray out hand with disinfectant spray as if we're "dirty" but my wife and I chalked it up to them being clean but the conversation was definitely reminiscent of "ru done yet? And scoff" very unwelcoming establishment. Please try any other cafe or stores lol wayyyy better service and food. Edit: on the way out I wanted to throw out an empty bottle and had left it on the table. Typically the restaurants are good about collecting the trash since there aren't many bins available. As I was leaving the waitress hands me the bottle back lol. Please don't go here 😂😂😂

::food was alright but I expect more from a restaurant with a lot of people queueing. the drink was very very disappointing. I ordered the apple juice and I feel like 70% of the glass was ice and the ice melted and it became apple and water. I do not recommend the drinks.
