::I often take care of my family when they go to the hospital or have surgery. I am especially grateful that I have never had any discomfort with the doctors or nurses, but due to various reasons, the hospital opened at its current location, and the location and parking lot are inconvenient and narrow, making it inconvenient to use. I go to the reception on the 3rd floor to process my parking ticket, but if the timing is bad, I end up lining up for quite a long time. My companion is in good health, so I would like to use the stairs to get up and down, but there is no option...I will have to wait for the elevator. I wish they would have thought about opening a hospital in the suburbs, but it's too late now.

::I gave birth here 5 months ago. And now I'm hospitalized with pneumonia. I have experience of being hospitalized at other maternity hospitals and hospitals, so I can make comparisons. This hospital provides a very nice environment during your stay. The nurses' station is close to the patient's room, so I can hear the nurses' conversations, and I can see that everyone is friendly and it's a good working environment. Perhaps because of this, everyone is kind, calm, and polite. The hospital room is very clean, the refrigerator is free, and most of all, the food is delicious! I recommend this hospital if you are going to give birth or be hospitalized. However, it took me 5 hours to go to the hospital in the waiting room and at the checkout, so I had to be prepared to wait patiently.

::The third floor is the general reception area, and the hospital is a clean medical center. When going to the hospital or receiving a consultation, there are many patients, and you may have to wait a long time at the reception or consultation. The doctor's office is also sent here and there for each test, which takes a lot of time. It may be a difficult hospital to visit. However, once I was admitted to the hospital, the doctors and nurses were very kind and helpful, and I thought it was a very good hospital. Long waiting times are a characteristic of general hospitals, and when I actually get admitted and see things that I don't normally see, I feel like I'm being selfish for being irritated. The nurses are very polite and friendly at the same time. Thank you very much for your help.

::Phone support is terrible. I was visiting an ophthalmologist and my symptoms got worse (blurred vision), so when I called to see him urgently, he told me to call after 2pm and hung up on me. When I called after 2pm, I was kept waiting for a long time and was unilaterally told that I would not be able to see the doctor the next day because the doctor in charge was [tatanai] (meaning he did not conduct any medical examinations). My doctor, who had overheard the conversation, told me that I could see the doctor tomorrow, and when I went, I was diagnosed with uveitis. Later, I discovered that I had a partial defect in my left eye, but I thought it would be no good to call, so I waited 5 days to make an appointment, and when I went to the doctor, I was diagnosed with a retinal detachment and had to undergo emergency surgery. My doctor tells me to see a doctor if I notice anything unusual, but the way he handles phone calls is so terrible that I end up thinking twice. If this continues, it seems like it will be irreversible. What kind of guidance do you provide? I want patients to think carefully about what they are relying on because they are in trouble. Medical workers are doing their best, but the administrative work is too harsh.

::January 13, 2024 My mother was brought here from Park Residence around 3am. My wife and daughter called me several times in the middle of the night, but I couldn't get through. I noticed this early in the morning and called the General Medical Center, where a kind and caring nurse answered the call. They were really kind! ️ From the 7th floor, you can see Nagashima Resort and the sea! Also, in the ward, water was 50 yen. There was free Wi-Fi.
