  I think this hotel has the best location in Kusatsu Onsen area. Highly satisfied with the room, service, food, shop, basically everything. The iconic Yubatake view is superb. If I have a chance to come back, I will definitely stay at this hotel!!

  The supermarket store cashier staff 五十部 has a very bad attitude, who shouted at us in Japanese with no reasons! And I have filed the compliant on their website but they never got back to us. Disappointing service!

  The location is great, the hotel is traditional style and the onsen are amazing !!!!!!!! First of all, the check in was very efficient and maybe this is just me. But all the reception staff are like a JPOP! lol how can they be all good looking and so polite. The room was very big and can see the view of the city right from your window ! (Of course the smell too haha) The dinner was massive and the young lady who came and set everything up for us was very pleasant and gentle. It is nice to see young generation treat so neat in kimono and every movement and action was so smooth and high class. We were so impress so we gave little snack from over sea to her. The next day she left us little gift at reception during the checked out !!! That’s really impressive but I am sure that is quite normal in Japanese’s culture that we all fell in love with. The breakfast was ok, but the whole experience was really great and worth it.

  The hotel was really great! The staff is friendly, there is also free shuttle bus from bus station. I really like the view from the room, you can see Yubatake. Also dinner and breakfast were tasty, onsen is relaxing! Highly recommended.

  highly recommeded, helpful and friendly staff at reception, restaurant, and driver of shuttle bus. The hotel is located at the center of Onsen street with gift shop and 7-11 store downstairs. Hotel itself comes with indoor and outdoor onsen pools with clean water quality, very relaxing; and if together with room reserves with breakfast and dinner, the food is traditional Japanese style very tasty. We are a family with two adults and two kids, we all enjoyed the stay very much! again thank you for all the staff at the hotel offering us a wonderful memory visiting Kusatsu Onsen!
