We headed to the hospital for our child's surgery, but due to the child's poor health, we were unable to admit him. This is a lack of confirmation from us as parents. However, as we were worrying about rescheduling the surgery, an irritated outpatient nurse told us, ``Just do what you want.'' You shouldn't say that even if it's a blur, right? Maybe I asked too many questions, but there's no point in getting irritated. Also, in the advance explanation, I was told to first go to the plastic surgery counter and then to the admission procedure counter, so I did so, but apparently that was a bad idea for them. After completing the admission procedure, I was shown to the ward, so when I went there, I was asked, ``Did you go to the outpatient department for an examination? If you get permission for admission and surgery, you can come up to the ward, but you haven't had an examination, right? "and. I went to the plastic surgery counter as instructed, but was directed to the admission procedure counter. If you need a medical examination, you won't know unless you tell us at the plastic surgery counter. However, for us, there is not enough guidance from the hospital staff, so we end up in the ward. The inside of the hospital is huge and it's hard to go back and forth. However, when I went to see a doctor and was told that I couldn't be admitted to the hospital today, he condescendingly said, "You've been moved to the ward today, right? In that case, it would cost you money if you just went there, but I'll make sure you don't have to pay anything." I was told, No, I think he ended up in the ward because of your lack of explanation. Even if you say that you'll make it so that it won't cost you money, don't be so patronizing. I'm not happy at all. I'm wasting my time going back and forth. If I had been told that I would have a medical examination first, this wouldn't have happened. Regarding the hospital room, I was only asked in advance if it would be ok to have a room for 4 people, but I was given a room for a fee. I wouldn't know unless I was told it was a paid quadruple room. I think all patients would think that if they were asked, ``Would you like a room for four people?'' they would get a free room. Well, it's good that I told them on the day of the stay and they seemed to be able to change me to a free room. When I returned to the hospital room to collect my belongings after the examination, the anesthesiologist stupidly said, ``About tomorrow's surgery.'' I wonder how information is communicated between staff members. We are about to go home because we can no longer stay in the hospital! I feel like most of the young nurses at Kurume University Hospital Plastic Surgery are kind and nice, but the older ones are cold and tell me things from above! I wonder if they're criticizing me because I'm young. Since the surgery has been postponed, I have to go again next time, and it's very depressing to have to spend several days there after being admitted to the hospital.

Is it not possible to share patient information? If you can't provide medical care that is close to patients and their families, why not quit? Are people who can't share or communicate information saving people's lives? It's hard to believe. I can only feel disbelief. "It's not my responsibility." I told them, ``Please connect me with the person in charge,'' and this is what I got back. what is it? Are you licking it? ? After all, hospitals are also businesses. 【addition】 I called again because I had something to ask. I'm posting this with the intention of getting caught, but I'm too angry at the response, so I'm posting it. When I saw my family's lack of sleep due to the surrounding environment (machine noises, lights, footsteps, etc.) and how their mental health was getting worse day by day, I also reached my limit, so I contacted them. When I said, ``I don't know, I don't know,'' he said, ``If you don't know, could you please not interfere?'' When I said, ``Please let me buy some earplugs at the store,'' she said, ``That's impossible.'' When I asked him, ``Is it appropriate medical care to give sleeping pills to patients who can't sleep, instead of creating an environment for them?'' He said, ``That's the only option.'' In the end, he threw me out in an inciting tone, saying, ``Are you just thinking about your mental health and not caring about your physical health?'' When I think about this kind of person being a doctor, I want to cut ties with this hospital even more quickly. What kind of guidance does this person's boss give? I can only feel angry. From beginning to end, I was treated as if I was being made fun of for being so young and ignorant, and towards the end I kept shouting, "Is that enough?" I don't want to be taken care of by a place that can't provide medical care that is close to patients and their families, so please discharge the patient as soon as possible. I don't want to pay money to such a hospital.

My mom is being cared for by an ophthalmologist. I'll pick you up by car. There are convenient cash dispensers from Fukuoka Bank, Family Mart, and many vending machines in the outpatient ward. There is also a Nishitetsu bus stop within the premises. There is also a taxi stand, and there are a lot of new security guards, which is nice. Outside, across the road is the Lawson Kurume University Hospital store. There is also a bus bound for Kurume University Hospital from Nishitetsu Kurume Station.

I used the travel clinic. They didn’t have the particular medication I needed and kindly identified an alternate clinic. Correspondence by email with the clinic was most effective. I received rapid and clear responses to all my questions. Definitely recommend.

Had a few staff and doctor that could speak English decently enough to get the point across. Clean low light, kind and polite staff. Wait time is really long though.
