    I went with a referral letter and waited for 2 hours to see the doctor, then waited for 1 hour. Next checkup, talk to the doctor, if it gets worse in the future, come see me. If it's within a year, you don't need a letter of introduction. After paying the bill, the office staff talked to me about the future, so I decided to call it a day. The doctor didn't tell me about it, and I wouldn't have known if the office staff hadn't explained it to me.     I went to the hospital after making an appointment with a neurologist in advance. We finished the reception 20 minutes before the reservation time and waited in the waiting room for 2 hours. I don't want to go there again, but I have to go to the hospital regularly, so it's just a pain.

    I've been here many times and while their customer service is usually OK, today was a grave exception. The reception and payment window staff members were very helpful and understanding, BUT the doctor was terrible. It seemed he'd already decided on what he was going to say to me before I even entered the room. It seems it was based primarily on what he'd heard from the reception staff because the only information he wanted was my home country. Throughout the time, he responded in one of 3 ways to all my questions: "We don't do that", "We can't do that" or "I don't know". All of which were super unhelpful. He also spoke with a brusqueness that's a definite turn off for someone who regularly interacts with people often in low spirits. To add insult to injury, I had to pay 8,000 yen for the visit. 😡 💢 Super frustrating. 💢
