::I came here for my daughter's dental treatment. I feel at ease as the director explains the details of the treatment in detail. The nurses are also kind and always have a smile on their faces. The clinic is bright and clean, with a blackboard for children to play on, a kids' space, toothbrushes, and even rewards for children after treatment, making waiting time a pleasant experience.

::My child has been attending for a long time. You will receive regular check-up notifications by postcard, and if you make an appointment, you can start treatment without much time difference. So I didn't get scared and start crying while listening to that sound when I went to the dentist. The doctor and the hygienist (assistant) were talking to the child during the treatment, but considering that at other hospitals they were crying and holding the child down, I think they are treating the child in a way that does not frighten the child. There is a blackboard in the waiting room where the teamLab dwarves live, so the children never get bored.

::I came in suddenly because of swollen gums and pain in my tooth, but they took care of my problem quickly. The process of treatment was explained to me in detail and I was able to have a good outlook. I got a lot of water on my face when I washed it today, so I'm giving it a 4. (That didn't usually happen) Everything else is satisfactory.

::Being able to play in the kids' area while waiting is very helpful. My eldest daughter looks forward to going every time because she gets a reward after the event. My second daughter, who hates hospitals, still says she doesn't want to go to the dentist, but when I tell her that she can get a reward, she somehow becomes more positive.
