  Previously, all the internet cafes near Niigata Station had closed, so I used it twice, once last fall and at the end of the year. About 45 minutes walk from Niigata Station and Higashi Niigata Station. There is a bus stop for Niigata Station nearby, but it is far from the station! Next to Higashi Ward Office. The all-you-can-drink cafe seats are behind glass on the road side, so you can see the entire store. During the fall and winter months, the store is heated, but it's cold at night because the store is behind glass! Use a blanket to protect yourself from the cold. It's noisy late at night as customers from nearby stores come to the store! I'm thankful that they still offer free bath towels in the shower room and free toast in the morning, although the service has ended in the Kanto and Kansai regions.

  I used it late on a Saturday night, but it seemed crowded and the only non-smoking seats available were reclining seats. The store and shower room were relatively clean.

  Personally I find this Internet cafe chain as a strategic stopping place when I am on a long trip and there are no hotels nearby, it is economical, pleasant and convenient in many ways, however I always prefer a hotel room, but if you can afford opportunity to spend a night's rest in one of its many branches, you won't have a bad time. P.S. They have complimentary breakfast
