::My mother brought me here for the first time in a few years. I received the eel and vegetable tempura platter. Eel is fluffy and doesn't need teeth. It was so soft and delicious. The vegetable tempura was crispy and delicious with all my favorite vegetables including sweet potato, shishito pepper, asparagus, lotus root, maitake mushroom, pumpkin, and green beans. Although it's a little inconvenient to go to, it was a very nice store.

::Stable Koise-san Whenever I go to Saitama, I always I will have dinner at Koise-san. I will have eel ♡ Grilled liver was also delicious. Eel ju is also delicious ♡ I was hungry, so I had a large serving of rice! Elementary school students and my sons are eating a lot. ::Visited with family on Saturday night. I had the Yanagawa set meal (maru dojo), my family had the carp koku set meal, unagiju, and one dish was the eel shirayaki and the fried chicken! Yanagawa hotpot is full of whole, unopened loaches. This was my first time eating loach, but the taste itself was bland, and since it was whole, it had a bit of bitterness and the bones were a bit lumpy, but it didn't have any strange taste and was easy to eat. As for the taste itself, the warishita, egg, and burdock came to the fore, and I felt that the loach played a role in its visual impact and texture. I also ate some carp koku, but it had no odor at all and had a nice miso flavor. My family took a bite and did a fist pump! Fried chicken is usually delicious. The grilled eel is crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and extremely delicious. It also went great with wasabi! I made a reservation this time and visited, but the store was large and relatively empty, so I probably shouldn't have made a reservation. The staff were elderly, but the order was placed on a tablet, and they were very focused on serving the food, and the food was served faster than I expected. However, the menu search process was difficult to understand, so I think it would be even better if they could improve that area. Thank you for the meal!

::This is my first time visiting. A long-established river fish restaurant. When I made a reservation over the phone, I was told that it would close at 8pm, so on my way there I ordered Shirayaki, Umaki, and Liver Grill. As soon as you arrive at the restaurant, your food will be piping hot. Not only is the shirayaki delicious, but you can also enjoy it with the two condiments, ginger and wasabi. The delicious dashi rolls are nice and not too sweet, and the sauce for grilled liver is light. Naturally, I also received a generous helping of eel. The staff's customer service is good, and the tea is strong and delicious.This is a shop I would like to visit again. Thank you for your meal.
