::coffee philosophy Please note that as of June 2024, we only accept cash payments👛 The staff's customer service is minimal. Some people may think it's unfriendly, but if you want to spend time alone without being interfered with, it's totally fine. I had a lunch course, and the pasta was caprese. There is an explanation that the pizza will take some time to be served. The taste is traditional and calm. It didn't have the strong taste that brings out the flavor that is common these days, but it reminded me of the spaghetti my grandmother used to make. The inside of the store is calm and it's a good old-fashioned coffee shop, but I feel like cash only is a factor that makes it difficult for young people to visit. It would be even better if you could support cashless payment so that you can casually drink coffee whenever you feel like it☕️

::2024/5 I visited on Sunday evening. This is my first time at the chain store Coffee Philosophy Ueda store. ⚠️Attention⚠️ Please note that we only accept cash payments. I ordered a cake 🍰 set. It's nice to know that the cake 🍰 is bigger than it looks on the menu. The inside of the store was very spacious and there were plenty of seats so I was able to spend a relaxing time.

::I visited during snack time. There was also a lunch menu, but this time I ordered the cake set! The coffee was delicious. The inside of the store is large. A glimpse of the customers. The location is good and there is a large parking lot. It's nice to take a quick look. I would be happy if it were a little more reasonable. Cash only.
Long gate
::After shopping at the business supermarket next door, it was time for an evening snack. I usually get convenience store coffee, but I decided to take the plunge! Since when did you have coffee at a coffee shop? is. Philosophical coffee and cake set. I guess the cakes change daily, and there were several types to choose from. I chose marron cake (I forget the name). It was quite large, but the sweetness was modest, so it was delicious and filling. The coffee was strong yet refreshing and delicious. (Amateur evaluation ^^;)

::I'd love to discover old school coffee shop in Japan and this is another one. 👀 Coffee was smooth and strong taste, besides coffee they have lots of pasta and pizza for choose, also priced well.😋 Actually it's like a restaurant more than a coffee shop. But feels good! 😁
