::One of my favorite shops in Niigata Prefecture. I will go to Kashiwazaki from Niigata city for this ramen. It comes in white and black, but I recommend white. This is what simple is best means. If you like soy sauce ramen, this is a dish you should try at least once.

::No, it's delicious here. I can understand why there are so many customers even though the flights are not very good. It has a unique taste and punch. Please try it

::I had the meat sesame miso. Hmm, I guess it's normal. Miso ramen with a bit of sesame flavor, neither good nor bad, with almost no special features. However, the noodles were soft and thin, and I felt like they would go well with the sesame miso soup. The amount of char siu is also small, despite the name of the menu referring to meat. Saturday is a service day where you can eat gyoza for 300 yen per plate. The taste is just like the commercial chilled gyoza from the supermarket, and it's not delicious... The staff in charge of the floor did not keep track of customer orders, and we occasionally saw order errors and finished dishes getting lost. The staff was confused as to which customer had ordered the gyoza that I ordered.

::🍜It's been a long time since I last visited you. I ate white ramen for the first time in a long time and was impressed. 🍜Today, I visited for the first time in a while. Since I only get to visit once in a while, I usually go for the white ramen rather than the white ramen. Two pieces of Guinea Char Siu for ¥680. Cheap and delicious. 🍜Today, I joined Yokozuna-san for the first time in a while. This white ramen is my personal favorite, probably because I've been eating it for a long time. Even though it's light, the various soup stock comes out well and gives it a deep flavor. And above all, I'm glad that it's cheap 😁 I had white ramen today as well. It was delicious. I also bought a souvenir of char siu, which is also a great price at ¥400 per person. It was very delicious. 🍜I love white. I've been going here since it was in Nagaoka a long time ago😁It's evolving day by day, but it always reminds me of the old days and has a nostalgic taste.

::−Visit the store on Sunday, June 16, 2024− My first visit to ``Yokozuna Aji no Yokozuna'' in Kashiwazaki City! Kashiwazaki City didn't have a lot of local feel, and I only knew a few ramen shops, so I thought it was a new development and came here. I arrived just before 11am when it opened, and it seemed to be a very popular restaurant, with about 10 people in line. By the time we finished eating and left the restaurant around 11:40, the seats were full and there were still customers lining up outside. I did some research in advance, and since I'm a naughty person who likes strong-flavored foods and wants to eat a lot, I decided to order. I ordered "All Stars Black Large Size". First of all, I was a little hesitant to order because the restaurant seemed to have a good serving size, but in conclusion, the amount of noodles was normal compared to other restaurants. The large size (1.5 noodles) didn't exceed the limit of a large size, so the large size and All Stars were not enough for my stomach (lol) If you're a big fan, I think Superstars, which is better than Allstars, would be a good choice. I was convinced that I would definitely be able to cum. Now, it's All Stars, but the point is that it has all the ingredients. It's topped with a soft-boiled egg, chashu pork, grilled seaweed, rock nori, corn, radish, mizuna, green onions, and wood ear mushrooms. If you want to eat a lot, we recommend Superstars, which is better than Allstars. The elongated white object in the image is a radish. Radish is rare, but it was also available in ramen. The soup has a dark soy sauce flavor and is salty, which I like. The noodles were medium-thin, curly, and soft. It would have been delicious if the boiling time had been controlled and the noodles were a little chewy or chewy, but unfortunately the noodles were soft and not to my liking. As a general review, it is a popular and thriving ramen shop that is especially popular among people who want to eat large portions of ramen. I guess Kashiwazaki is a town that serves large portions, and there were other stores that served large portions as well.
