  Out of all the dermatologists in Kanoya, they are the kindest to listen to your questions and even tell you the name of your diagnosis. Thanks to that, the redness on my skin that never went away (I received proper prescriptions and blood tests) is starting to fade. However, even if you can't go without making an online reservation, you'll have to wait a long time, so I gave it a 3.

  Diagnosed with emphysema around March 2020, discovered pneumothorax in November 2020, and arranged for transfer to a respiratory surgery hospital! Furthermore, it was Dr. Kodama here at Kodama Kyoritsu Clinic who discovered the multiple cancers in both of my lungs at an early stage between July and August of this year!   I had heard of the reputation of this clinic's dermatology department, so I decided to visit for the first time, so I called in advance to confirm same-day reservations, and was told that they were accepting same-day reservations starting at 7:30 a.m. So even though I had been waiting in line since 7:20 a.m., I was turned away straight away. A woman wearing a nurse-like uniform who was working the reception desk said things like, ``Our clinic prioritizes reservations and is fully booked for two weeks in advance.'' ``Please make reservations online.'' I was angry because the response was completely different. Even though people have been lining up since early morning, they don't listen at all and they are fully booked❗️. After this question and answer, what he said was, "Then please go to another dermatologist." I called in advance to confirm this. What's going on at this hospital? I think this is the worst hospital I have ever been to. Please train your employees to be able to respond a little better. I couldn't fit my empty mouth!! ️

  Worst hospital. First of all, the description on the website and the clinic hours are different. This was said to me at the reception desk with a smug look on my face. I was told not to come into the hospital for the fever outpatient clinic, and even though I was made to call the reception desk, I never answered the phone. The ringer continues to ring for about 10 minutes. He finally answered the phone and started accepting the call, but he made me give the same explanation three times. The person at the reception cannot speak Japanese. Or, it was at a level where I thought someone with amnesia was accepting the reception. I was supposed to be the first in line for the fever outpatient clinic, but the tests for those who came later began as if it were normal. The time was about 08:25. Then, the person had all of his medicine delivered to his car and quickly left at 08:40. I was told by a receptionist who could not speak Japanese that the reception would open at 09:00. With a smug look on my face. And it gets really long from here. Around 9:45, I received a call from the hospital and asked for an interview. I will give the same explanation for the fourth time today. It was hell having to give the same explanation several times when I wasn't feeling well. Finally got tested at 10:10. I was told that the results would be available in 10 minutes, but the explanation was given in 45 minutes. During that time, it was completely left unattended. A lot of things happened after that, but the doctor was one of the best in history. Later, at the time of accounting, I was unexpectedly asked to come inside the hospital. Then I started Chintara Accounting. ``Hurry up!'' ', I said. I was at my physical limit (lol) And medicine. There's a lot going on here, but I'll leave it out.
