Even if you go, there is a high possibility that you will have a bad experience. By the way, when I went to the counter and asked for a form to notify me of my change of address, I was asked to put it in the mailbox, which I think was a hassle. They don't explain what they're writing, and they don't feel like dealing with the counter at all.
