I went through the procedure to register my change of address, but I had other questions, so when I kept asking questions, the two ladies at the reception desk looked at me with shocked smiles in front of me. Honestly, I felt sick. I felt that it was difficult to understand based on what I had just looked up on the internet, so I went to the counter with that in mind, but I do not recommend this counter if you have time or if you don't understand something. Even if you go, there is a high possibility that you will have a bad experience. By the way, when I went to the counter and asked for a form to notify me of my change of address, I was asked to put it in the mailbox, which I think was a hassle. They don't explain what they're writing, and they don't feel like dealing with the counter at all.
