Personally, I think it can't be helped for around 30 minutes. It is one of the few hospitals that provides medical treatment on Sundays. Instead, we are closed on Saturdays.   This is a large hospital with Sunday clinics. I recommend making a reservation as it gets very crowded. If you go without a reservation, you'll end up waiting for two hours. There are only houses around the hospital, but there is a place where you can eat inside the hospital. If you are using public transportation, it is best to use the shuttle bus that leaves from Okaba Station. It's a new bus and the ride is comfortable. Regular buses rarely run, so if the shuttle bus schedule doesn't match, it's best to walk from Gosha Station. It takes about 15 minutes.
