::Originally famous from tv show that boast fame and wealth come from using this well as background. Very crowded in new year. As much as millions come here. Info... A well in a garden of Tokyo’s Meiji Shrine has drawn masses of visitors who believe it is a power spot where they can experience positive energy. Meiji Shirine is the largest Shinto shrine in Tokyo, dedicated to Emperor Meiji and his consort, Emperess Shoken, who passed away in 1912 & 1914 respectively. It was constructed just after the first world war. The Kiyomasa’s well ( Kiyomasa no Ido) is said to have been dug by famous feudal warlord Kato Kiyomasa

::Well worth it.

::A well that is said to have water that is flowing non-stop throughout the year. Visitors are not allowed to touch the water in the well but can touch the water around the small pond. The water's cold and clear, which I think can make really good mineral water. Didn't try it though.

::Cool place. A well with story.

::Not a bad flower garden. There is a small stream and pond along the length of the walking path.
