  The response is just terrible. Extremely rude attitude. They made me buy financial products because they said they had good products. I think this is also a relationship. I deposited enough money to buy a house. I was told that if I needed anything, I would be able to borrow it. After that, they said that since it was a fixed term, they could not cancel the contract midway through, and they would not lend money. This is not a myth, but a fact.   Worst response. The receptionist with long nails was so rude that I don't want to use her again. I felt that it was an employee-led bank. I don't understand why there are high ratings... I don't want to give even one star.

  The parking lot has become bigger and better. When I wanted to pay my taxes at a counter, I was told that I could do it at a convenience store. I knew that, but it happened so I thought I'd pay.
