  The response is just terrible. Extremely rude attitude. They made me buy financial products because they said they had good products. I think this is also a relationship.   Worst response. The receptionist with long nails was so rude that I don't want to use her again. I felt that it was an employee-led bank. I don't understand why there are high ratings... I don't want to give even one star.
