::I was passing by on the road and got curious and decided to go there. This restaurant seems to mainly serve seafood and soy sauce ramen. In Fukuoka, we have soy sauce ramen, but seafood is rare! Ramen is 600 yen, extra bowl is 120 yen. You can choose between thin noodles and thick noodles both when ordering for the first time and when ordering extra noodles. Since it was a soy sauce ramen, I thought that thicker noodles would blend better with the soup, so I went with thicker noodles. Although they are called thick noodles, they are a little rounder than the orthodox thin noodles of Hakata ramen, and are somewhere between the two types. The soup has a refreshing taste from the soy sauce and seafood, making it easy to drink, and it's delicious with plenty of flavor. It was refreshing, but the seafood was rich, so I ordered thin noodles with a substitute and it was delicious. The soup has a bit of shichimi or chili pepper in it, giving it a slightly tangy taste. Personally, I don't like soy sauce because it makes the thin noodles too refreshing, but that doesn't matter with this soup. The hardness of the noodles was normal. The toppings are two slices of char siu, wood ear mushrooms, and lots of green onions. The char siu is tender and delicious with plenty of flavor. Tsukemen and tonkotsu ramen are also available, and tonkotsu ramen seems to have been limited until recently. The inside of the store seems to become an izakaya in the evening. Inside the store, there seems to be about 8 seats at the counter, 2 tatami rooms for 2 people, and 2 seats for 4 people. Maybe there was a tatami room a little further back. The parking lot seems to be able to accommodate up to 2 or 3 cars. Next, I will try tonkotsu ramen with tsukemen.
