You can choose between konjac noodles or Chinese noodles, and you will be asked if you want garlic. We recommend using garlic because the garlic will cook well and will not smell after eating. The light soup has a fluffy sweetness from the chives that covers the spiciness of the chili peppers and will keep you going until the very end. There is an ashtray, so if you don't come at the right time, you might be bothered by a smoker's cigarette.

  Best karamen I've ever had. The broth is delicious, konyaoumen is a must. If you are in fukuoka and want the best karamen go here.
