::The doctors and nurses always provide the best treatment and support. However, one drawback is the waiting time system. All you have to do is wait in front of each department's reception desk for your reception number to appear on the bulletin board. Even if you have a reservation, it's common to wait more than 1-2 hours. As the hospital is the center of the region, there are many patients, so long waiting times are unavoidable, but they should introduce a system that allows them to see the order and time of calls on their mobile phones. It's the Showa era where you can't leave the bulletin board because you don't know when you'll be called. It's hell when you're not feeling well.

::Last year, I was taken care of when my child was hospitalized. When my child was taken to the medical center by ambulance and I was full of anxiety, I remember being reassured by Dr. Hidaka's thorough explanation of the treatment. Even though the emergency nurses were busy with multiple ambulances, they treated each patient with kindness and respect. The nurses and childcare workers on the ward were all kind, and I was able to spend my time in the hospital with peace of mind.

::Do large hospitals charge an initial consultation fee unless you are examined by your family doctor? It costs more than 5000 yen. Re-examinations are by appointment only, but you may have to wait more than 30 minutes after your appointment time even after registering at the machine on the first floor. Even the clinic in town is rough. Especially in the morning, the parking lot can get crowded and there may be lines. Personally, I feel that there are too many patients waiting in line for tests, treatment, checkout, paying for machines, and lining up at the pharmacy next door, and that it is not patient-friendly. take care. It seems like the staff and doctors are doing their best. thanks There is a Lawson on the first floor, and an eat-in space in the back.

::Going to the pharmacist outpatient clinic is painful. Waited an hour and a half just for that. I can't go to the doctor until it's finished. Completed in 30 seconds at pharmacist outpatient clinic. While observing the outpatient clinic with other people, I spent 15 minutes talking with the patient. 15 minutes of being alone. I can't help but spend time talking with patients, but I wonder why I spend so much time alone in the room... I'm writing this because I don't want to post.

::Very happy with the doctors here. I’ve been sent here to see a very specific specialist and by now it has been the best doctor I’ve been treated by. First point, he speaks English what makes a huge difference with any other hospitals. Super kind and concerned about my case what led him to send me to see other doctors at the same hospital. Not all of them spoke English but they tried and that’s also another very big positive point. Because even if I speak Japanese the medical language is still difficult for me. I’ve undergone several tests and even if my case is not “solved” yet I have been meticulously examined and some diseases have been discarded what makes me be positively focused on finding a solution. My doctor is SO GOOD. The nurses are also VERY nice, staff too, hospital is clean and has easy access. If I knew I would have been going to this hospital since the beginning of my stay in Japan as they have all the specialist there.
