  This is Kawanishi Post Office. Kawanishi City, Hyogo Prefecture From Hankyu Nose Electric Railway Kawanishi-Noseguchi Station It is located about 5 minutes walk away. There is free parking for 4 cars. It's free for only 20 minutes, so if you're going, Please be careful. Also, there are some reviews that say there is a bad attitude. All the staff members were nice. It just so happens that there are people who are better off with my help. Maybe...... This is just my personal opinion. Just that much DETAH. Sorry DETAH

  When I tried to drop off my Yu-Packet Post at the counter, it was refused, and I had no choice but to ask the staff on the floor where the post was, and they told me it was next to the counter, so when I tried to drop it in, the person at the counter said, I was told, ``Don't put it here, put it in the post outside the station.'' Also, I was waiting at home to receive a delivery package, but it never arrived and when I looked at the mailbox, I saw that it had been marked absent. When I contacted the post office, I received a phone call from the delivery person who made rapid-fire excuses and told me things I didn't understand, such as that he was responsible and that it couldn't be helped because he wasn't at home. I would like to thank the support center for their appropriate response, but I would like to refrain from using them in the future. I would like you to stop treating me in a way that makes me feel uncomfortable.

  The major post offices in Kawanishi City are here and the Kawanishi Kita Post Office. This place is old so it's a little small. However, it is conveniently located near the station.

  It is very convenient and appreciated that electronic money, credit cards, and barcode payments can be used not only to purchase stamps and postcards, but also to send Yu-Pack and regular mail. I don't want to touch cash due to the coronavirus, so I would be very happy if contactless payments could be used at all post offices. The Yu-Yu counter is open on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, which I appreciate, but since the inside of the store is small and crowded, I would like the automatic doors to be open. Due to the influence of the coronavirus, business hours have been shortened, so please be careful when using this service.
