  I use it often, and it's not that I don't have a bad experience, but I always have to wait at the counter. No matter how many people are waiting, there is only one counter, two at best, and even though there are many people behind the counter, no one comes to the counter. I always wonder why it takes so long when there's no one waiting. I understand that there is a lot of work involved, but I would like to see improvements to the system, such as ways to keep customers from waiting.
