  I went to the wrong store for a part-time job interview, and when I apologized and went to the store where I was scheduled to interview, a middle-aged male clerk who was probably the store manager or owner told me, ``You won't get hired unless you know which store you're interviewing at.'' I was told coldly and looked down upon from above. The middle-aged female staff member who told me the location of the interview store also said the same thing to me in a loud voice, even though there were other customers as well. I think it can't be helped since I'm not a local to Utsunomiya, so I called ahead to confirm the store. However, I am also responsible for my mistakes... I was successfully hired at the store where I interviewed, but... When I was a student, I had a long-term part-time job at a 7-Eleven outside of the prefecture, but this was the first time I had ever been to a store where I didn't have such terrible customer service.

  I used it for Mercari shipping. I asked Maruno-san if I could borrow some duct tape, but maybe she didn't know, and a part-time worker in the back with natural curly hair and glasses asked if she had any duct tape. Then he told me that he wasn't there. I use this place often and they lend me duct tape. Moreover, I am also a Seven store employee. I know that it's unlikely that you don't have duct tape, and it was very unpleasant for me to do something like that even though I was lying so blatantly. I will never use this place again.

  The parking space is small and the bike is sloped, making it difficult to park and prone to falling over. I've even seen people get into trouble by falling over cars. I want it to be improved

  There is too much variation in the customer service skills of store staff. Those who are no good are really no good...they are ruining the store's reputation. There are many staff members who work hard during the day. Also, the parking lot is always crowded, and even though it can park a relatively large number of cars, I get the impression that the rotation is poor (this is not the store's fault).
