I called in advance to confirm about the health checkup and learned that I could wait on the day without making a reservation. We will also ask you various other questions about food, medicine, etc. I am grateful for the help as my condition is not stable. When I went there a few days later, I was told, ``Morning reception hours for health checkups are closed.'' He spoke quickly from beginning to end. Only 7 minutes have passed since then. Moreover, because there were people in front of me in line, that amount of time passed, and I explained that I had not been informed of the deadline for reception when I contacted them in advance, but they said, ``It had already passed before then. The machine would have stopped.'' Just that. Afternoon reservations apparently start at 12:00, so I waited in the waiting room for about 20 minutes and went to the reception desk again. Afternoon clinic hours start at 1:30 p.m. ``I won't be able to eat lunch during the afternoon checkup, but is that okay? I can't say whether I'll be called in first to have blood drawn during that time, as it's busy with the afternoon checkups.'' Since I can't decide freely due to my physical condition, I agreed and went home, but I wondered how long I would be without meals. I would like to see the reception hours and rules for health checkups listed on the website so that the same thing does not happen again. The receptionist speaks quickly and has a nonchalant business-like feel. I know you're busy, but...

On my first visit, I went for a breast cancer screening and a cervical cancer screening. From the time I called to make a reservation, I was provided with detailed explanations and responses. My reservation was for 10 o'clock, but since it was my first time, I wasn't sure about the location, so I ended up arriving around 9 o'clock. I finished the reception even though it was earlier than scheduled, and I was not told anything about the early reservation time, but I was guided smoothly one after another, and in the end, everything ended at 10 o'clock, which surprised me. When I went there, the doctors in both the surgery and gynecology departments were men. I felt relieved because the mammography test was for a woman. There was always a nurse present during the breast cancer screening and during the cervical cancer screening, so I didn't feel uncomfortable even when the doctor was male. It's very convenient because you can have a mammography test and a cervical cancer test done at the same time, and the results are sent by mail.

This is a 4-story hospital located behind the Katsushika-Shinjuku Post Office. I am the family doctor for my mother-in-law, who lives in the same ward, and she has been hospitalized many times. You will be treated kindly by the attending physician, nurses, and office receptionist. There are other reviews that are somewhat harsh, but the patients themselves and their families do not feel that way. However, the inconspicuous location behind the national highway and the limited number of parking spaces in the adjacent coin parking lot may be unique to Tokyo.

I came to the hospital to accompany a patient with a fever (first visit). The receptionist's response was the worst. I didn't understand it on my first visit, so when I asked her a question, she said, "Please wait in the partition!" Bad mood? I was surprised because the way he spoke and the aggressive look in his eyes made someone feel uncomfortable. Why do you have to behave like this? After that, when I was waiting as an attendant near the door (entrance/exit) in the office, the receptionist suddenly closed the door with a loud bang. It was obvious that the door had been slammed shut on us. (Others closed their doors quietly) Very unpleasant. I also work with people, and I have a hard time understanding how someone can behave like this. The nurse and doctor were very kind, I was disappointed in the low-level response from the reception. For those involved in the hospital. If you read this review I think it should be improved. The other receptionists were very nice, so it would be a shame if the image of the entire hospital was tarnished because of one of them.

The surgeon was so high-pressure that my injured daughter cried. I think doctors who can't be close to their patients are the worst. The nurses and receptionists were kind.
