::I love this hotel and spa. I was only here for one night whilst doing a pilgrimage, but I would have happily stayed another. The staff were so friendly and helpful despite the language barriers. And the dinner in the banquet hall was one of the best I've had so far! If I'm ever back in the area I will happily stay here again.

::The best Hotel I have stayed at my Shikoku Tour. The check in service was very knowledgeable and kind, as well as accommodating. My room was a brand new big (Western) Room, super clean. The dinner I had was not only superbly presented, but was very delicious and on par or even better, than in the international Hotel chains around the world. Just perfect. A hidden gem this Onsen Hotel.

::Very good hot springs hotel. Classic but not old. Tiny but not too small. Room is very spacious. Breakfast is delicious with a special miso soup. Hot spring is superb with some alkaline pH which will smooth your skin and make you ultimately relax. Highly recommended.

::Just that the name is Kamiyama Onsen but they are no longer operating the spa. It was a shame that we couldn't take a bath there after coming down the mountain. I can't judge on the rooms and service since I didn't stay there. The entrance looked nice so probably the rooms too.
