::There is a parking lot next to it. Other soba restaurants close at 2pm, but this one was a little longer so I visited. The seats are spacious and comfortable. The soba noodles are green and look delicious. The texture was chewy and felt similar to udon noodles.

::I had the famous ayu tempura soba. Although it's expensive, the sweetfish tempura marinated in white soup stock is delicious as is. Greenish, smooth soba noodles. I also want to try Inaka Soba, which is only available on Saturdays and Sundays. There is a parking lot next to the store. There is one-way traffic in front of the store.

::Visited in November 2023. Mori soba + sweetfish tempura = 1,900 yen (1,000 yen + 900 yen). I had some delicious soba noodles. I didn't know this until I visited, but this restaurant is part of the Daruma group, which is a disciple of soba master Kunihiro Takahashi. As for the sweetfish tempura, it felt more like fried food than tempura. Too fried? I ate the whole thing, including the head, and it was delicious, but I was a little disappointed as I was expecting something fluffier.

::I visited again on August 17, 2023. It seems like the prices on the menu have increased due to high prices. This time too, we were treated to the famous Ayu tempura soba. It's delicious no matter when you come. I joined the store on September 13, 2020. It was around 1pm, but I was told that all the soba noodles were already sold out and that it would take about 30 minutes to get new ones. Last time I visited, it was delicious, so I decided to wait. Inside the store, I was able to watch how buckwheat flour is made. It was a masterpiece of craftsmanship. I learned that it is a store owned by the Daruma family. This soba restaurant is famous for its sweetfish tempura. Without hesitation, I ordered the ayu tempura soba. The sweetfish tempura, where you could eat the whole head, was crispy and fluffy. The ultra-thin soba noodles mixed with the soup were also exquisite.

::Visited on a weekday. Juwari soba is available only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, and I ate a platter of 28 soba noodles. I expected it to be light and green, which is typical of new soba noodles, but it was nothing special and tasted just within the average range.
