  Hello, I'd like to share an amazing experience my parents and aunt had at this hotel. While checking in, they already knew the hotel was a friendly and great place to stay, but on the night of December 4th around 11 PM, something incredible happened. My aunt accidentally dropped her hearing aid into the sink, but despite the late hour, the staff came to the room quickly and dismantled the sink to retrieve the hearing aid. Thanks to them, my aunt can now enjoy her trip to Japan with pleasure. I sincerely appreciate to all the staff who helped us so quickly, even late at night.

  Great place to stay Kakegawa. Great location with friendly staff member! Room is a little old, but sufficient and the bed is comfortable. No coffee offered in the room though. Top floor Chinese restaurant has superb view! Highly recommended after a day of sightseeing. :)

  old style of hotel. rooms have not been upgraded. ac facillity was not upto the mark. hotel needs to be modernised. not mch variety n breakfast also . stayed for one night

  Nice location and view from the room. Service was a little cold and dry. Some fixtures in the room really need updating like the fridge and the bathroom. Okay experience overall.
