Stores close at 5pm, but ATMs are open until 8pm. Apparently it will be locked at 8pm and you won't be able to get out, so you should escape quickly. There is a parking lot behind the building, but if that area is full, you can park just two cars on the unpaved lot on the left side of the road. It's easier to park than parking lot 1 because there are no pillars in the way.

The attitude of the male staff member in his 50's was the worst. It's hard to understand what you're saying when you're mumbling... Is it not possible for a normal working person to respond by saying, ``I'm sorry, but I can't do this'' before saying ``I can't do it''? It's been quite a while since the postal service was privatized, but how long will they continue to do business? No matter how much time passes, the quality of postal services will not improve at all. I was thinking about signing up for educational endowment insurance for another reason, but decided against signing up at the post office.
