  I had something urgent to do, so when I went there for the first time in a year, the unfriendly staff had been replaced by very cheerful staff. The pipe chairs were also removed and the post office was upgraded from the Showa era post office. I can go to school with peace of mind from now on. thank you very much.

  I used it during the daytime hours when the counter was busy. The elderly customer in front of me was fidgeting, but an employee behind the desk, who was probably my boss, noticed this and took care of the situation, and the request was completed smoothly.

  The person who responded to my request spoke to me in Japanese the entire time, which made me uncomfortable. I also work in customer service, so I understand, but is it okay to speak in Japanese just because someone is younger than you? I remember the name clearly, and I'm grateful that it was close to my house, but I won't be using it again.
