  🪬This day’s dinner/I can only say/was totally earned by Kaga ✨ 🪬Because I was very curious about the Noto beef produced in Kanazawa/ so I went to a yakiniku restaurant first/ but I had to queue/ it was cold outside/ so I had to choose a nearby restaurant 🪬The service sister in the lobby on the 1st floor/ was very polite/ because we decided on a restaurant at the last minute/ and didn’t have a Japanese phone number/ so she helped us ask if there was still room. 🪬Just one sentence/Please follow me/and then I was taken to the top floor Teppanyaki restaurant 🪬As soon as the elevator 🛗 opened/ there came the smell of oil/smoke/I suddenly felt stupid/because I am personally afraid of freaks who smell oil/smoke on me 🪬Working as a waiter in the restaurant/with even more warm hospitality/I was actually assigned to seat C in the restaurant/my seat is facing the window/the window echoes the city of Kanazawa/the shining night view 🪬When I opened the menu / after / something amazing happened / the cost of a meal was too expensive / I was also in a very difficult situation / had no choice but to thank my boyfriend / for having this meal🥹 🪬We asked the waiter to help us choose the entry-level set meal/ and then also specifically explained that my teeth are not strong enough to bite/ so I can’t eat too hard/ 🪬At this time/it’s time to cook for the beautiful cook/ ✨Appetizers ✨Main course ✨Dessert 🪬Completely gorgeous presentation/The food is so delicious that I don’t want to describe it I personally rate it very highly/ This meal is the most memorable to me/ ✨It’s beef/ The cooking time is accurate/the color is very beautiful/the tenderness is completely in line with its price Thanks for the treat/I’m full/🧎🏻 IG/19_2sato_narumi #好吃 #hopeyoulike

Always check the doneness Please choose the most delicious one. Kimari. Hiru is good, but depending is also good! The serving staff are very active and when I was young I didn't feel satisfied unless I had to refill the meat 🥩 three times, but now I am full. It's getting old. Tabun. There are some people who eat a lot of garlic and some people who eat garlic rice🍚, but there is no need for delicious meat🥩. White rice 🍚 is the best match ✊ Pickles are also delicious.   When you are guided to the iron plate counter, you can see the glass dome of Kanazawa Station, and the view adds color to the meal. The steak course that starts with the appetizer is almost as good as the one at the hotel across the street. The taste was delicious, but I think it would have been better if there was a little more creativity in the presentation. The most important meat was delicious, and the grilled flavor was good. You can choose sirloin or fillet, so two people can share it. The customer service is quick and the timing of the service is very good. However, it was a little stiff, and I felt that by interacting with the veteran and young staff, we could respond and adapt to a variety of customers. But that doesn't mean I had a bad impression of them, I just think they could be a little more friendly in a good way. I enjoyed a very good dinner.

  The other day, I used this place to celebrate my two daughters' birthdays. Surprise birthday dinner is an annual event in our house. I chose Kaga-san because I wanted to have a meal while looking at the night view. I'm looking forward to it because I won't tell my girls where we're going or what we're going to eat until we get to the restaurant. I am always excited when choosing a store. The reactions and expressions on the girls' faces after arriving at Kaga-san were even better than I had imagined. I was impressed by the beautiful night view, there was a chef at each seat, and the food was beautiful and delicious, as if I had been able to enjoy both French and Japanese cuisine at the same time. This time, I chose the Kenroku course, and the moment I put the sirloin in my mouth, it was so tender that I wanted it to stay in my mouth forever (lol).My daughters' faces also went slack, saying it was delicious. After the meal was over, the next thing was dessert, and the birthday cake that we had requested under the Happy Birthday Plan came out, but about 15 minutes before that, the customer next door was also celebrating with this birthday cake, and my daughters were staring intently at it...the surprise was a failure. w However, the moment the cake with my name on it came in front of me, I looked so happy and happy. This time both my daughters and I were very satisfied. We had a wonderful time with Kaga-san. Thank you to Chef Fukui and all the staff.
