  We are a two-person dentist with a director and a vice director. I had the vice director take a look at it, and he was polite and nice. Perhaps it's a generational change, but from what I saw on the website, I got the impression that this is a long-established dentist with a successor.

  The denture that I had treated twenty years ago was starting to deteriorate, so when I got a new denture, the surface peeled off within two months. When I went to have it re-treated, instead of apologizing, I was told that I had used it incorrectly. He gets angry easily and there is a problem with the director. There is no problem with the vice director.

  I've been using you from time to time for the past 10 years. Every time I get stuck halfway through, The staff, including the receptionist, and the doctor are kind, and they treat me every time without making a bad face. She also took care of me when I was pregnant, and she made sure to take a break when I was having a hard time. I thought it was a good idea to use a treatment method that preserves as much of the existing teeth as possible (I'm not a medical professional, so I'm sorry if this sounds vague). The building and facilities are clean and good.

  I've never posted something like this because it's a hassle, but I'd like to post it in hopes that it will be helpful for you when choosing a dental clinic. I went to this clinic because I wanted whitening. I chose this clinic because the building is beautiful and it's relatively close to my home. I made a reservation over the phone and was treated without having to wait long in the waiting room. As other posters have said, I was surprised by the director's talkative and intimidating attitude. There were parts of the explanation about home whitening that I didn't understand, so I asked again. “So~ don’t make me say it again and again! Listen carefully! ” I suddenly became angry. I think it would be traumatic for a child. I thought I was just listening, so I was stunned and didn't understand why the director was angry. I stopped going to the hospital because I thought I couldn't entrust my precious body to such an emotional person. I was wondering if there was something wrong with my attitude, but as mentioned in other posts, I think there is a problem with the director's response.
