The attitude and response of the person wearing glasses at the reception desk was extremely poor. It may have been about work, but to the patient waiting for the bill, it seemed like he was just talking nonsense. Maybe that's why I get tired of slow and slow accounting. However, the teacher and assistant were kind and gave detailed explanations, so I'm only disappointed about the receptionist.

When I was in elementary school, my dental treatment was supposed to be free because I was a single-parent family, but they took money from me. It hadn't been taken for a long time, but just that day. Even now, as an adult, I still remember the woman with glasses who was in charge of accounting. I don't go there anymore because I can't trust it.

About 10 years ago, I couldn't make an appointment at my regular dentist, so I went to this dentist, but the nerve treatment was done without anesthesia, so I thought I was going to pass out. The pain was so bad that I thought it wasn't there. I can't pass out because it hurts so much that I can get past the feeling of pain... Also, during the procedure, the staff would talk to me and I would turn around to respond, which caused the shaking and the pain...This may be an important message for the hospital, but I wanted them to focus on the patient's treatment. It was. Of course, we are not allergic to anesthesia, and other dentists use anesthesia for treatment. What's more, even though I wanted to go home early and rest after the treatment, I had to wait in the waiting room for an hour before I was finally released from this hellish place by paying the bill. I think that having to wait an hour for patients who have finished their treatment will result in unnecessary congestion in the waiting room... I don't think it's desirable for patients to change doctors during the treatment period, but I can't do it again. It was scary. I'm sure this dentist has quite a number of people, but I hope I'm the only one having this experience.

I can trust the director because he responds appropriately, including explaining the details of the treatment. Most of the assistants are very good, but once my hand slipped while holding an instrument and it hurt. The woman at the reception always seems to be in a bad mood, but overall I think it's a good dental clinic.
