::Due to tooth extraction, I felt unwell after the surgery and had to stay in the hospital longer than planned. There was someone in the room with me who was also having a tooth extracted, but the way he explained the procedure to me was simpler than that of my roommate. Even though they were distributed to my room mates, from the day of the surgery until the day before I was discharged, I was never given a cleansing towel! Nurses often leave work without forgetting to say, ``I'll bring a towel.'' On the day of the surgery, it was almost time to move, so I finally went to the room, and when I asked for a towel, I was half-smiling all the time and asked, ``Would you like me to bring it now?'' ” and there are parts of me that don’t understand why they are taking money from me. Even after the surgery, I kept a container to spit out blood in my mouth, even though I couldn't move, and I gave it to my roommate as soon as I returned to the room. I understand that they are busy, but the overall response was sloppy, unkind, and condescending, and I didn't want to experience this myself. I don't want to go there again, and if someone I know is going to be examined, I would stop.
