Regarding dental and oral surgery Please be kind and explain well. I'm grateful. At the time of hospitalization, the nurse on the 10th floor treated the patient and had this kind of attitude! There was also some dissatisfaction. A caring nurse There were some veterans, I guess? A nurse who shows her attitude And understand the patient's daily flow. It was the first time I went to a hospital where I didn't know. They won't tell you if you don't ask With a nurse who understands yeah? ? There was a huge difference in the number of nurses who were worried about this. Even though I'm complaining of pain A word of patience until the doctor's appointment The nurse finishes A nurse who is kind He listens to you carefully to some nurses I'm really grateful. As for what I just asked for It may have been forgotten for a long time. That one action makes people think that my illness is nothing like that! and I think it makes you think. . As expected, it has arrived. This never happened at other hospitals I was admitted to. I was disappointed though. What were you hospitalized for? I don't know. convey the pain I've been asking for something to be done, but no action has been taken. I'm disappointed. I want to avoid being hospitalized at this hospital again.

It was my first time to visit a large hospital and I was nervous, but I was impressed by the wonderful gynecological doctors, nurses, and receptionists. I really appreciate it. The wait was long, but it was worth it! It's understandable that it's crowded. I'm really glad you checked it out!

Due to tooth extraction, I felt unwell after the surgery and had to stay in the hospital longer than planned. There was someone in the room with me who was also having a tooth extracted, but the way he explained the procedure to me was simpler than that of my roommate. Even though they were distributed to my room mates, from the day of the surgery until the day before I was discharged, I was never given a cleansing towel! Nurses often leave work without forgetting to say, ``I'll bring a towel.'' On the day of the surgery, it was almost time to move, so I finally went to the room, and when I asked for a towel, I was half-smiling all the time and asked, ``Would you like me to bring it now?'' ” and there are parts of me that don’t understand why they are taking money from me. Even after the surgery, I kept a container to spit out blood in my mouth, even though I couldn't move, and I gave it to my roommate as soon as I returned to the room. I understand that they are busy, but the overall response was sloppy, unkind, and condescending, and I didn't want to experience this myself. I don't want to go there again, and if someone I know is going to be examined, I would stop.

Phone support is the worst I called because I needed to be seen in an emergency at night, but when I said I wanted to be seen as soon as possible, she half-smiled and said, "No, I think it's the same for everyone...LOL," and then I was sent to another hospital. I was introduced to her over the phone, but she told me to call the hospital, and when I told her that I had called her, she said, ``Oh, I see, haha.'' She had a half-smiling attitude from beginning to end. Maybe they're used to it and think that's the extent of it, but it's not the attitude of someone who's panicking when a number of people are injured. I don't want to go to a hospital like this again no matter what. This is the woman who responded around 7pm on 3.10. I don't want to use the phone again, so I don't need to make any improvements! ! ! ! !

In March, someone important to me was admitted to the obstetrics and gynecology department and underwent surgery. I am posting this because the response was so harsh that I couldn't forgive it. Apparently, the nurse who administered the IV injection was not very good at it, and blood gushed out from where the needle was inserted. Also, the surgery started before the pre-operative anesthesia had taken effect, which seemed to be very painful. I had never heard that the surgery begins before the anesthesia takes effect. As for the injection by the nurse, I thought it was terrible. I was grateful that you responded so quickly, but I would have appreciated some explanation in advance.
