I was asked a lot of questions over the phone here at the main store, and then I went back to the store at the specified time and re-deposited the money with the cash that had been taken out, but I didn't receive any apologies. I would also like to point out how difficult the J Direct app is to use. I admit that it is the first regional bank in the area, but it feels posh and it's a shame.

::When your passbook is full of entries and you are directed to a counter at an ATM and have to wait at the counter, you are told that you can make an ATM at the ATM and please do it there. If it's too troublesome to create one at the counter, I'd like some guidance on how to issue a new one at an ATM using passbook carryover.

::I'm writing this because I can't get rid of the bug in my stomach. Problems with ATM machines can't be helped. I was instructed by a person in charge to re-enter the store in a few minutes because reprocessing would take time, so I left the store and returned as instructed, but the person in charge did not appear, and while I waited, I was questioned by a security guard and other customers were asked. He was staring at me, and when I checked on the intercom and finally appeared, another security guard and two female clerks approached me, clearly wary. Why do we, who are not at fault, have to go through such unpleasant experiences? If the store staff had shared information from the beginning, at least we wouldn't have been so awkward. It may have been due to the busyness after the counter hours had closed, but since the ATMs are still open for use, please always be aware that something unexpected can happen behind the shutters.
