  The elderly female staff member's telephone response is really bad. Even though I was asking a question because I didn't understand, he acted like he was irritated and dumbfounded. When I called again on another day, a different person than the older woman who initially responded to the call answered (she was very responsive), and I was told that the staff member who had originally responded would call me back, but in the end I never got a call back. I called him the next day, but he didn't apologize and he didn't give his name. Is there something wrong with that elderly female staff member?

However, the branch is located in the same building as Hotel New Nagasaki, and the parking lot is underground. It's too inconvenient.
