::The elderly female staff member's telephone response is really bad. Even though I was asking a question because I didn't understand, he acted like he was irritated and dumbfounded. When I called again on another day, a different person than the older woman who initially responded to the call answered (she was very responsive), and I was told that the staff member who had originally responded would call me back, but in the end I never got a call back. I called him the next day, but he didn't apologize and he didn't give his name. Is there something wrong with that elderly female staff member?

However, the branch is located in the same building as Hotel New Nagasaki, and the parking lot is underground. It's too inconvenient. I really think it's convenient to have a branch with a parking lot next to it. I would like to change my branch office, but is it possible to do so by mail? I'm confused because the procedures seem to be complicated and I have to change my credit card payment account. I regret choosing this branch as my main account. The bank employees will treat you well, so it's just that the store's location is not good.
