::It's a sharp ramen shop lol This is a one-off operation by the master, and orders are purchased from the ticket vending machine on the left immediately after entering the entrance. There are about 6 seats at the counter, and the inside of the store cannot be described as clean. (Personally, the taste of the food is my top priority.) The photo shows Chinese soba nakamori. Since there wasn't much soup, I mixed the noodles and soup quite a bit and ate it like abura soba. The taste was delicious. Especially the soup. The soup is said to be completely organic with no chemical seasonings, and is made by simmering several types of seafood for a long time. It's amazing how you can get such a strong flavor with zero seasonings. I drank it all, but the flavor was strong, so I probably should have eaten this amount of soup lol It was a dish with a different impact than the popular ramen. If you are interested in unusual things, please stop by.

::I had the meat soba Chinese food~( ´ー`) I visit you at noon on weekdays. There is a parking space in front of the store that can accommodate about 3 to 4 cars. There is a ticket machine on the left as soon as you enter the store, and you purchase it before taking your seat. There were about 6 seats at the counter, so I personally got the impression that it would be difficult for families or large groups to visit. Now, regarding the menu of the ticket machine, there seem to be two basic types: Chinese soba and Chinese noodles, and it seems that there are also meat and large portions. So...I ordered Niku Soba Chinese food without worrying too much. The speed at which the food is served the moment you go to the bathroom and come back...I don't dislike it (lol) However, when I saw the ramen served to me, my first impression was... 1,000 yen? that? What about soup? ? Did you order abura soba by mistake? yeah~? Meat soba is such a bonus! ? Negative words pop into my head one after another. Well, well...the menu is small, so I told myself that it must be really delicious, and as usual, I took a bite of the soup...! ? There's no astragalus here! ? (At this point, I personally feel like it's not possible anymore.) I have no choice but to eat the noodles. The soup seems to be on the bottom, so when I put my chopsticks in to mix it with the noodles... what's this! ? It's hard! It's not like Barikata or something like that...it looks like instant ramen with hot water for half the time! ? When it's half burnt and I throw it into my mouth...oh, it's delicious. What can I say...it's even more delicious than it looks! However, the noodles were really hard...I felt like it was different from the noodles that weren't boiled, but it's hard to describe it for the first time. As for the meat...this one didn't betray its appearance, it wasn't seasoned in any way, it was bland... As I ate it, I started to get used to the texture of the noodles and found it delicious, and even though it wasn't much, I was able to drink up the soup perfectly. I'm sure this ramen will have different tastes, but personally, I don't think I'll come back because there isn't much soup. It was a feast~ (*'(OO)'*)
