0 stars. Is it okay to have a hospital like this? Why did you decide to become a medical worker? I want to ask you a question. Poor telephone response. The man was also in a panic inside the hospital. During my visit, I could hear complaints from other patients at the reception desk. Pointless medical examination. I don't think there should be a place like this in a place that is meant to be protected.

I went there because my child (1 year and 3 months old) was vomiting. I was reluctant to go because other people's reviews were not very good. . The female doctor at my time was very helpful. The care given to parents, including nurses, and the way they treated children was perfect. In the end, it was determined that no further treatment could be done and I was transferred to a nearby medical center, but even after I was transferred there, I was reassured by the quick response. I'm sure the doctor in charge of the hospital is hit or miss. However, I am glad that I was brought here. The man at the reception desk when I first called was definitely a bit strange. I want people to be aware that they are the first person to answer the phone. Plus, if the doctor's response is bad, the impression will be even worse.

A child visited the hospital with a fever and cough. The nurses were kind and the doctor examined me thoroughly. I was very grateful that he was kind enough to listen to my symptoms and explain my concerns. I was a little worried because the reviews were low, but since it was a Sunday, I personally felt that the hospital was adequate as an emergency hospital because it alleviated my concerns about whether I could continue to receive treatment at home.

I went to the emergency room at night. I brought my 11-month-old child in because he was crying a lot in the middle of the night and wouldn't stop crying. All I had to do was put a stethoscope on it. Later, I noticed droopy ears and visited an otorhinolaryngologist who found out that it was acute otitis media. It's a children's hospital, right? Isn't touching the stomach and looking at the ears the basics of pediatrics? There's no need for one star. I will never go there again. Even if an ambulance were to take you there, you would refuse.

I am using it with my first and second child. When I had my first child, there was no coronavirus outbreak yet, and there were no restrictions on the number of companions or the requirement to call before going. When it's your second child, due to the coronavirus pandemic, there is a limit on the number of people accompanying you (one person), so you must call before going. I went to the hospital without them knowing and called them in front of the entrance, but I was able to get in without any problems. It seems that you may be refused depending on your symptoms, so it is better to call first! Everyone was kind, including answering the phone, reception, nurses taking interviews, and doctors examining me. Disappointing points are: (1) Although the facility is large and the environment is not crowded, there is a limit on the number of attendants; (2) You can only receive medicine for holidays; (3) There is no choice of medicine type (powder medicine for 1-year-olds); (4) They also do not test for influenza or coronavirus. I think it's nice to be able to go to the hospital on your day off for some peace of mind, but it's really only a comfort.
