::I got the impression that there were a lot of strange patients who were arguing in the waiting room, or leaving the person accompanying them and leaving angry. Teachers and receptionists are having a hard time... That's what it felt like.

::My grandmother was hospitalized for about a year due to depression. My mother and I went to see him many times, but each time we met, his symptoms got worse, and after he was hospitalized, his symptoms of depression were worse than before he was hospitalized, and he became like a delinquent. I was forced to take an excessive amount of medication that I shouldn't have had to administer (I can't believe it, considering the doctor doesn't even know how much medication I'm taking). Also, due to my age, I was forced to take medication. As a side effect, she developed severe dementia-like symptoms, and in the end, she was moved without her illness improving at all because a new ward was being built in the same ward where her grandmother was being hospitalized. The total hospitalization cost was about 1 million yen, but it was like paying a high price to make my illness worse. I will never use it again. It's the worst.

::I feel that the telephone reception, nurses' responses, and language are unfriendly, look down on people, and are inflexible and too manual. I get the impression that they don't take kindly to counseling, treatment, or examination. My acquaintance was misdiagnosed, perhaps because the doctor who diagnosed her was too young to rely on. When I went to another hospital for a second opinion, I was given an accurate diagnosis.

::I was admitted to Hannan Hospital's E1 ward for three months from around the end of 2021 through a referral from the clinic I was attending. At that time, I spent 3 months in a shelter. My doctor was enthusiastic about this, but I think it's hit or miss when it comes to this. Many of the nurses in the ward were young, and the young male nurses in particular felt very intimidating. Originally, there should not be a hierarchical relationship, but a hierarchical relationship exists between patients and nurses. The attitude of the male nurse, T, in particular, was very bad, he kept talking to me and even called me "himself". I don't know if the other nurses lacked common sense or looked down on the patient, but it was common for them not to knock when visiting the room. I would like to give 5 stars for the attending doctor and the conscientious nurses, but I am dissatisfied with some of the nurses, so I will give 2 stars. Compared to other hospitals, Hannan Hospital tends to arrest patients quickly. It's a good thing as long as it doesn't cause any problems, but there are times when it becomes so tiring that you can't control it. If you're going to be admitted to Hannan Hospital, I won't name your name, but it's definitely better to go to a large psychiatric department in Sakai City.

::I can't even put a 1 on it, but it says to give it a number from 1 to 5, so I chose 1. My personal experience is that at worst, the doctor who is involved in this situation is not putting the patient first, but putting himself first, and there seems to be an organization that he doesn't like, so he tries to harass that organization by using the patient. The nurses were almost the worst, the OT felt like someone who was doing a normal job for the first time, and the caseworker was the worst. This guy seems like a nice person, but he's really mean, so I'll never go to this hospital again. He made me decide to quit being hospitalized. If I hadn't met this guy, I would be working in an ordinary psychiatric hospital with a bad reputation, where a caseworker like you could be in charge of the patient's life instead of the patient. You are the si! If you compare it to a person in a garbage room, don't treat a patient who is disrespectful to humans and feels like an axe, depending on your mood! There are too many bossy people, not just case workers, but in fact, there are a lot of bossy people in all jobs here, but the receptionist is better.
