::Food was delicious, staff were great, nice interior. They only have a part of the menu in English but the staff were super friendly and helpful. They were patient with us while we translated the menu and ordered with our limited Japanese.

::As rumored, I enjoyed the eel rice bowl. The fried shrimp and vegetables were also crispy and delicious.

::I was exhausted because the crowds during the festival were so dense no matter where I went. I really wanted to eat eel rice bowl, so I couldn't tell you how lucky I was to be able to visit this place instead of another restaurant! All the staff are really friendly, the food is delicious (most important👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻), and the place is quiet and nice. Thank you for providing each and every service with care even though you were busy😁 If I come back to Hirosaki, the biggest reason will be this store! The eel at Unagi-dong was really soft and not spicy, which was nice, and as I saw in other reviews, every single side dish (even the wasabi was mentioned, and it was true!!) was delicious. They said that the dessert Monaca had as much ice cream as saguaro, which is a specialty, and it was so delicious that I wanted to scoop it up in a pint size :) It had a strong fruit flavor, but it was a soft fruit ice cream that was completely different from regular sorbet. Even cute🥺… (Anyway, I have to go again… I’m writing a review so I don’t forget…) Thank you so much for making my day warm and adorable🫶🏻

::A stylish Japanese restaurant in Hirosaki. I forgot to take a picture of the eel bowl to finish. Although it was Golden Week, there were a lot of couples there, probably because it was close to a bar district.

::The eel was really delicious. Also, the stews, roast beef, and sashimi were surprisingly delicious. Even the wasabi was delicious. I think you will be more satisfied than the price.
