::No complaints. I'm a guy who doesn't know the difference, but I think it's the only restaurant in Hirosaki where you can eat Akashiyaki with the same authentic taste. The octopus is soft and fluffy. Good menu selection. I also like the ruggedness of the father. If time allows, I would like to go every day. Since you can't order alcohol when ordering takeout, you'll want to order drinks inside and save money. I'm rooting for you.

::After walking around Hirosaki city, I was attracted by the idea of having a "choi drink" and entered the store. I ordered a small drink set and salted green onions. It was so delicious that I ended up ordering another drink because just one drink wasn't enough.

::Bonzo is a takoyaki and akashiyaki restaurant located about a 3-minute walk from JR Hirosaki Station. Takoyaki is popular for its crunchy outside and soft texture on the inside. Akashiyaki is made with carefully selected ingredients and baked hot and fluffy, with a dashi stock made from kelp and bonito. The store is located in front of the station, so it is easily accessible. Of particular note is the bento box, which is limited to take-out. Akashiyaki and takoyaki bento 680 yen, Akashiyaki and yakisoba bento 680 yen, takoyaki and yakisoba bento 680 yen, Akashiyaki takoyaki and yakisoba bento 800 yen, etc. Looking at the photos on the website, it looks like there is no rice in it... If you go around 2pm on a weekday, there will be a sign saying ``For Business''. Next to it is a POP for "lunch drink". What's even worse is the poster for ``3-piece drink set, 1 alcohol item + 3 takoyaki pieces, 1 small side dish of the day for 1,000 yen.'' I don't like sets so I entered the store without hesitation. There were no customers in the store, which had 13 seats at counter tables. If you look at the menu, you'll see Toyosaka, brewed by Miura Sake Brewery in Hirosaki City. 950 yen for 300ml is an unthinkable price in Tokyo. I put the set aside for now and ordered a tofu sake cup. *Toyosake Special Pure Rice Sake 300ml 950 yen With its calming aroma and gentle taste, it goes well with any meal, and is a standard item that can be enjoyed with everyday wear. 55% koji rice, 60% kakemai. When you pour it into a glass and drink it, it has a soft and mellow taste. As expected, the rich sake cup is delicious. If it's not a set, you have to think about the attachment. Let's make Akashiyaki and Takoyaki something you can eat together. *Akashiyaki and Takoyaki 1,000 yen Akashiyaki is a local dish of Akashi City, where octopus is grilled in a mixture of flour, starch, eggs, and stock, then dipped in dipping sauce. When you eat it with the soup stock, the fluffy egg, crispy octopus, and soup stock taste good. It's a great accompaniment to a rich drink. On the other hand, the takoyaki that looks like it's deep-fried is probably in charge of beer.

::I was staying at a nearby hotel and wanted to eat Akashiyaki, so I visited here. My husband is so unfriendly👎After ordering a highball and a small drink set, 10 minutes later, the takoyaki and other dishes came out at the same time. The fact that I could hear them telling me that they would leave when the customers left while I was eating was also a downgrade. I also feel pressured to not be able to order more, so I won't be going there anymore. It's a shame because the takoyaki is pretty tasty. In my hometown of Yokohama, this is a store that doesn't last a week.

::Absolutely the best takoyaki in all of Hirosaki. The yuzukoshyo style takoyaki are definitely my favorite from this shop. They are always fresh, hot, and you can dine in or choose take-out. This shop quickly became a favorite of my wife and I. I will be sad when I move out of the area.
