  Rude JP Bank employee (a teller lady) I visit the JP Bank of Wakaba Post Office on January 2022. I have a problem with my cash card. After the service was done, the bank teller (a lady) told me a short instruction related to my cash card in Japanese. She speak fast. Since my Japanese language is limited, I politely asked her to repeat the instruction. Surprisingly, the JP Bank teller lady scream and being rude. In Chiba city, the service of other bank such as MUFG and even much smaller bank is much better than the JP Bank.
