  Due to this branch not being on the ground floor I don't think they get much foot traffic. Service was lightening fast.

  Reliable service even only in Japanese. You can get the cash card issued immediately, which is unusual in Japan.

  Shinsei Ginza branch.. easy access from Ginza subway. Good english speakers to help you to open account with required documents. tere is an ATM machine which we can deposit coins as well. Good service.

  Great English speaking staff. They help you from A to Z to setup a bank account. I had trouble recalling my apartment number and they were very patient in waiting for me to retrieve that info. This bank also has net banking, making it easier for foreigners.
