  The interest rate on my flat rate went up the other day, so when I went to transfer it, I was told that I couldn't do it without a reservation. Even though the people at the counter were chatting inside. People who came for investment trusts said they didn't have reservations, but they were directed to individual booths. I thought that meant that I wouldn't do anything that wouldn't get me a good grade. I'll never go again I have to give one star because of the system, but if it's true, it's 0 stars.
