  This is my second time using this service after moving nearby. Last time, I felt very good, so this time I went to send Yu-Pack. The item I wanted to ship was trapezoidal, not a rectangular box. But this time, the price for size 80 was written on the paper, so when I looked closely at the measurement method, I noticed that they were measuring the short bottom part, so I was wondering if I was measuring the wrong part. I heard at another post office that if it's not box-shaped like a rectangle, measure the longest side. Confirmed. Then he asked me, wondering if I didn't know. Huh? Is this so? I took the measurement again and it was still 80. When I told him that I had been paying 100, I would cancel the order. After I said that, he turned me back and said there was someone behind me. I had no choice but to go home and measure again, but when I measured it, it was over 80. I went to another large post office and explained the above exchange, and when I checked the measurement method, it was correct according to my understanding, so I was able to send it out safely with a size 100. At the Kusaka post office, I measured the short side and was told to pay one size smaller, but I wonder if all post offices don't have a standardized method for measuring. If you use it for work like me and have to pay for shipping in advance, it's a pain even if it's cheaper, so you don't want to get a rough estimate. I didn't like the way the staff at the Kusaka post office treated me, so I went to Nakaishikiri to stretch my legs, but they turned me away and I had to go through the trouble twice.I wanted to send it out in the morning, but it ended up being in the afternoon, so I stepped on it.   It would be more convenient if you could use an ATM on Saturdays and Sundays. The ATM at Kusaka Post Office can be used on Saturdays and Sundays.

  I had some business to do today and stopped at three post offices: Kusaka Post Office, Nishishikiri Post Office, and Nakaishikiri Post Office. In the far right corner of the Nakaishikiri Post Office where mail is handled, the old man who heads the post is leaning back, giving me a really bad feeling. The wait was long, so I looked at the old man who was the manager, and found that he only greeted women. The staff at Kusaka Post Office and Nishishikiri Post Office were very nice, so I was disappointed to see the poor response from the old man who was the manager here. I would like them to improve their customer service attitude. I will never go there again.
