  I bought a pack of small hairy crabs. When I used to live on the coast, I bought a lot of cheap, small hair crabs and ate them deliciously, but unfortunately I couldn't eat the hair crabs here. When I opened the pack, there was a strong ammonia smell. I boiled it with salt, but the boiled water had a strong ammonia smell. When I took out the flesh of the leg, it still had an ammonia smell, and when I looked it up on the internet, I was told that I shouldn't eat it. I decided to throw it away without eating it. I realized that I needed to judge the quality with my own eyes instead of relying on the store staff.

  Fresh food is cheap so I go shopping often, but yesterday I bought gyoza meat and when I opened the package as soon as I got home, there was a distinct rotten smell! Maybe vinegar was used as a seasoning...I wanted to think that it was okay, but when I cooked it a little and put it in my mouth, the taste of rotten natto spread out. Discard immediately. I bought some sashimi along with it, and it smelled okay, so when I tried it, I found that the center had a slimy texture, and although the taste was okay, it was disgusting, so I threw it away. Looking back, my daughter, who is not sensitive to heat, was sweating in the store when it was so hot, and I guess the display shelves weren't properly refrigerated. If it were a regular supermarket, I would complain, but since it's cheap here, I have the impression that it's a hit or miss, so I'll keep quiet and decide not to go there again.

On this day, 16 medium-sized tomatoes cost 150 yen! We also recommend the large chicken cutlet, which is the size of an adult's two hands.

  Cheap supermarket in Tsushida area! Looks like it's only open on weekdays. There is a fish shop called Takiyo Uoten that sells sushi such as Seijiro, so I recommend eating fish. This time I bought tuna and salted fish, and of course they went very well with rice and were very delicious. I think it would cost about twice as much at other stores. The meat looked delicious, so I'd like to try different things next time.
