Probably a unique shop. The food is carefully prepared with a focus on ingredients and alcohol. You can also enjoy the aftertaste after leaving the store.

A delicious izakaya in Zushi. Seafood, pasta, game, wine, sake, each item on the menu is delicious and you can feel the attention to detail. Recommended for both locals and food lovers who come to see the sea. It's safe to make a reservation.

Many of the dishes used Chinese herbal medicine, and I could feel the restaurant's message of being healthy through food. The iced Furaibosa tea had a soft taste and seemed to be energizing. If you drink shochu with this tea, you won't get sick. I was driving that day, so I think I'll try it next time. I'm looking forward to going back as there are so many dishes I'm interested in. The food and drinks in the photo cost just over 8K yen.

First of all, when I saw the words Abrabouzu, Toxirazu, Mishima stonefish, goat liver, whole ostrich, and Tosa Jiro eggs on the menu, I got excited. The appetizers are Shuto's chawanmushi, which has a strong punch, and the sashimi with inada and toxilaz, which is as fatty as amberjack, the seared goose meat, which is characterized by its plump texture, the aqua pazza of stonefish, and the first goat liver skewer are also delicious. . The drinks also start with two types of Norakuro glasses, the Ju Rising Sun's Aged Jungin and Kyoto's Spring Takeo Masuara, served warm, and Domaine Takahiko, which in recent years has become a luxury to the general public at the same level as Bay Posage. I also benefited from being able to drink it in a glass. This restaurant is recommended for alcohol drinkers, as it is generally an appetizer for alcohol, including seasonings.
