::We had sushi kaiseki for lunch. The sushi rice is made with red vinegar and no added sugar, making it the most salty dish I've ever experienced. This greatly enhances the sweetness and flavor of the ingredients. The gari is also spicy to match the sushi. The quality of the appetizers, bowls, and fried foods are also excellent, and the first piece of flounder sashimi dances on the rock salt plate and is enjoyed like shabu-shabu. The chef's gripping skills are excellent, and he brings together the toppings and sushi in a wonderful balance, each drawing a beautiful curve. This wonderful cuisine is made possible not only by the chef, but also by the support of many chefs. In particular, boiled and steamed foods such as shrimp and conger eel arrive at the perfect time and are served in the best condition. The service is more than adequate for this type of team play, so it's worth a visit.

::Unbelievably delicious sushi. They serve a decent amount of fish caught in Miyazaki, never knew it could be this good. The manager has a ton of game and is a wonderful host. Very funny guy and a warm prescence. This is a must visit for anyone coming through Miyazaki. Their menu offers a wide range of pricing for lunch, you can get a ¥5500 set to the ¥23000 omakase. Can't wait to go again.
