::Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Left after 1 night. Hotel is old, room is old with weird smell and small. The room is so small to the extend of NOT allowing me to fully open my large hard case luggage. The toilet has a funky smell the moment I step inside, every time. Gave up the remaining 2 nights and move elsewhere. Photos on booking platform is a let down.

::The hotel is in vicinity near the JR railway station and is at the town centre of the Miyazaki. Just a short stay of night is alright as there is in the business hub of the city, has a little bite difficulty to look for restaurants. The shops close almost at 4:00PM or just close on holidays. There is a famed Miyachiku Beef Teppanyaki Steakhouse which quiet close to hotel by 5 minutes drive.

::Hotel is a short walk from the train station but this is all it has going for it. This overpriced hotel is very dated, the front glass doors and foyer area are filthy and the lift is extremely dangerous. The sky bar area was never open the whole four days we stayed there. The lift doors closed on me suddenly smashing into my arm causing broken skin and considerable bleeding. It has not fully healed 6 days later. Although staff did attend to my immediate injuries and were apologetic there was never any follow up of my injuries or any offer of compensation, just another sorry on check out. It was also suggested by staff that they were well aware of the issues with the lift door but management had no intention of doing anything about it. I would hate to think what would happened if a small child got stuck in them. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

::An old business-oriented hotel close to Miyazaki train station. While the hotel has a pretty good location in terms of being in the middle of the main strain station and city center which has a lot of shops and restaurants. However, the hotel is pretty dated. Our room wasn't the cleanest and the bathroom wasn't very well maintained. Price was also expensive at USD 100-120 per night for a non-smoking room.

::Good hotel especially for the money. Was dated inside but clean. The staff was really great! Shower pressure was good and amenities such as the shower gels were good quality. Hard pillows again, I'd like a softer option. Nice and close to the station, like right across the road.
